Yesterday we were told about this massive storm that was on it's way heading right toward Boston and we were told to be prepared for up to 15 inches of snow. Well the next morning we were awaken at 5:15 a.m. to a phone call to say school was closed because of the coming snow.
So we were ready for the worst, but it never came. By noon today it still had not snowed yet. We were waiting to go out to do some sledding since we have had no snow on the ground for the last couple weeks.
We spent the day sitting on the floor playing with cars and trains. Waiting for the snow to come.
By 5 p.m. we still only had a skiff of snow on the ground and the weathermen were backtracking saying the storm missed us and went out to sea. Most of the state shut down for this storm so it was almost like a state wide vacation day.
We had a fun day playing games and watching movies.
Thank You Weatherman for a No Snow Snow Day
