First Stop Green Gables

We started our day off with a wonderful breakfast at our cottage and then headed over to Green Gables.

 Our first stop on the property was the barn that told all about what was planted and how they worked the land.

 Mom even got to pretend to milk a cow.

 We walked over to the Green Gables house and it was so awesome to see in person. 

 We walked all through the house and saw all the rooms. Of course our favorite was Anne's room.  It was so neat to see what it would have been like to live like she would have.  It was a rainy day so we didn't spend much time walking around the ground.  What a great way to start our trip.
