Pummpkin Patch

With Fall upon us we couldn't wait to find a pumpkin patch to start our season.  We found a farm in our town that has a cool fall festivel with a corn maze, games, and lots of fun things to do so we couldn't wait to check it out.

 

 We started by going through the corn maze.

 It was really big with 4 different sections to walk around and get lost in.

 They have different stations of information to fill out on a paper and pencil rubs to get some cool pictures.  It was fun to have something to search for while walking around.  It took us a while and it was a sunny afternoon so we were happy when we found the way out so we could sit down and rest for a while.

 They had an obstacle course made of hay and tires and Aaron really had fun running through it.  We played tether ball and threw baseballs and footballs at targets.

 Ready for another rest we took a hay ride out to the pumpkin patch.

 We let the kids pick any pumpkin they wanted so they walked around till they found the perfect one for them.

It was a fun day with so many fun things to do.  We love to be outside so this was a wonderful treat for us.  We are now ready to start our Fall season.
